1. Who we are

First Fund Fincorp Private Limited (“Firstfund”, “we”), Mumbai, Maharashtra, operates firstfundfincorp.com. We decide how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need for the purposes below:

• If you joined our waitlist (it closed on 22 October 2026): your name, mobile number, date of birth, city, the loan amount you needed, and whether you are salaried or self-employed
• When you use the contact form: your name, mobile number, email, the topic you choose and your message
• When you apply on Apply now: your name as on your PAN, PAN, date of birth, mobile number, email, address, PIN code, city, state, whether you are salaried or self-employed, your income and the loan type, and the page and campaign you came from
• Contact details: name, date of birth, mobile number, email, city
• Loan needs: amount, tenure, purpose
• Financial details: employment type, income, existing EMIs
• For a business loan: the business’s name, type, turnover and registration (such as GST or Udyam)
• KYC details when you apply: PAN and Aadhaar, as permitted by law
• Credit information from credit bureaus, with your consent
• Device and usage data, through cookies (see our Cookie policy)

3. How we use it

• To match you with lenders and show offers
• To share your application with the lender you choose
• To contact you about your request or application
• If you joined our waitlist: to tell you that you can now apply online
• When you apply on Apply now: to confirm your mobile number, to contact you about your request and, only when a bank or NBFC partners with Firstfund and you allow it, to share your request with that lender
• To send you updates on WhatsApp, only if you tick the WhatsApp box. Your verification code goes on WhatsApp, or by SMS, to confirm your mobile number
• To keep one record of your details across our forms
• To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations
• To improve our website, only with your consent for analytics
• If you allow analytics, we link your visit to the details you give in a form, to see which pages and ads bring sign-ups

4. Your consent

We ask for clear consent for each purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@firstfundfincorp.com. Withdrawing does not affect processing already done.

5. Who we share it with

Today we do not share your details with any lender or credit bureau. We share them only with:

• Service providers who help us run the platform, under contract: hosting (Amazon Web Services, Mumbai), consent records, and messages (Exotel for WhatsApp and SMS, Amazon SES for email)
• Analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel), which receive browsing data only if you allow them in cookie settings
• Government or regulators, when the law requires

When you apply, we also share them with:

• Lenders, only with your consent
• Credit bureaus, to fetch your credit information

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Where we store it

Your data is stored on servers located in India (Amazon Web Services, Mumbai). With your permission, analytics and advertising tools (Google, Meta) may process data outside India.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it for, or as the law requires. Our waitlist closed on 22 October 2026. If you joined it and do not apply, your waitlist record and its copy in our lead database are deleted by 22 April 2027. An Apply now request is kept for 2 years after our last contact with you about it, then deleted; a request whose mobile number was never confirmed is deleted after 180 days. The records of the consent you gave are kept separately, as proof of what you agreed to and when.

8. Your rights

• Access a summary of your data
• Correct or update it
• Erase it, unless we must keep it by law
• Nominate someone to exercise your rights
• Raise a grievance

To use any of these rights, write to support@firstfundfincorp.com. We will reply as the law requires.

9. Security

We use encryption, access controls and regular reviews to protect your data.

10. Children

Firstfund is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Contact and grievances

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. For important changes, we will also notify you.
